Soulard Garage

The owners constructed a garage, a much sought after 21^st century structure in their 19^th century heritage neighborhood, which consumed the majority of the backyard and created a small, enclosed space.  As the property was rental, the consulting suggested a pleasing, but extremely low maintenance space for both the owners and the tenants.
